Horizon Medical Clinic is an urgent care and primary care clinic facility that provides convenient, immediate medical care for non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries that require prompt attention but do not necessitate a trip to the emergency room. We provide primary care to individuals and families which include preventive and wellness measures to help improve overall health.
